The Utility Regulator has published a consultation paper on a draft Framework Document for the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP).

Responses should be returned to Alison Farr, no later than 18th July 2010. Please note that due to the tight deadlines for publishing the final Framework Document, it will not be possible to grant any extensions to the consultation period.
